ReszuPro provides an automated, AI-assisted document formatting tool designed to compile resumes into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compliant PDF files.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while using the builder.
• You are solely responsible for the content you input, including ensuring that you have the right to use any uploaded images or text.
• You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including falsifying professional credentials or impersonating another individual.

2. Payments and Digital Downloads

ReszuPro offers premium PDF downloads for a stated fee (e.g., ₹99). All transactions are securely processed through our integrated payment gateways.

• Non-Refundable: Because our product is a digitally delivered, instantly generated PDF document, all sales are final. Once a premium document is successfully compiled and downloaded, we cannot issue refunds.
• If you experience a technical error during generation after payment, please contact our support team immediately, and we will manually generate and provide your document.

3. AI Generation & Content Accuracy

Our platform includes AI-powered features (such as Auto-Write and Text Enhancement) utilizing third-party APIs.

While we strive to provide high-quality suggestions, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, generic, or not perfectly aligned with your specific career history. It is entirely your responsibility to review, edit, and verify any AI-generated text before finalizing your resume. ReszuPro accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in your final document.

4. Limitation of Liability & No Job Guarantee

ReszuPro is a formatting and optimization tool. We do not act as an employment agency, and we explicitly do not guarantee that using our service will result in job offers, interviews, or employment of any kind.

In no event shall ReszuPro, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities resulting from your use of our service.

5. Intellectual Property

The layout designs, code architecture, graphics, and proprietary ATS optimization algorithms provided by ReszuPro are the intellectual property of our company. You are granted a limited license to use our generated PDF documents for your personal career advancement. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our blank templates or source code.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the ReszuPro service (including templates, AI features, and pricing) at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion.
